At Escapade Sports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Escapade Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned sports equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
